Bryan Painter
Bryan has over 30 years of successful experience in conversion of ideas into working business models designed to maximize efficiency, cost effectiveness and ROI. He has held executive level positions with three large national corporations, built companies from ground up and served as a consultant in operations, marketing and technology platforms that include e-commerce, automated work-flow and supply chain management. Bryan has an expansive skill set that includes all aspects of general construction, metal fabrication, welding, synthetic application, architectural glazing, stone restoration, mill work and wood refinishing. In addition, he has authored several articles, technical bulletins, project specifications & training manuals. He also works closely with consultants, designers and manufacturers from all over the United States to assist in development of new ideas, implementation, technical support and problem solving associated with both new construction and renovation. If not working or spending time with his wife & three children, you most likely will find Bryan in some body of water with a fly rod in hand. Matthew Mitchell
Matt joined our team from Bayport, Minnesota based Andersen Corporation where he served as Territory Service Manager over a six state region. As Director of Contemporary Solutions, Matt manages daily operations, profitability and overall growth of our program offerings for executive office buildings, medical institutions and other facilities throughout the KC Metro Area. In addition, Matt serves on our regional support & expansion team as we establish RETROPROS Branch and Service Partner operations in other areas of the United States. Matt graduated from Wichita State University with a BA in Business, Sociology and Minority Studies. He also has his Master's Degree in Management from Baker University. When not working, Matt enjoys family time with his wife and two daughters. He also has a keen interest in product design and 3D technology. Brad Bruce For his work at Adorn Studios and Plasterkraft, Brad is well known throughout the Kansas City Metro for his artistic ability and dedication as a craftsman. As our Director of Historic Renovations, Brad manages daily operations, profitability and overall growth of our historical service offerings. Brad is a strong advocate of preservation and board member of the Historic Kansas City Foundation. Brad double majored in Graphic Design and Marketing with a minor in Art History from the University of Kansas. When not working, Brad enjoys spending time with his wife Katrina and their two children. Brad also enjoys working on his own historical renovation of their 1918 Victor DeFoe designed residence.
