During our work on the Norman School Lofts Historical Renovation, we spent a lot of time in the Midtown Home Depot on Linwood Blvd in Kansas City and got to know several of their staff members pretty well. During one of our visits, I struck up a conversation with a very friendly and helpful cashier by the name of Victoria. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that she had attended school at Norman as a young girl. I shared this experience with our team and they came up with the idea of using leftover reclaimed materials to create a special gift to Victoria for being so kind and helpful. Using wood from original doors, fixtures and floors, our team crafted a one of a kind cutting board and with approval from Kevin (Store Manager) we presented it to her.

Repair & Restore Instead of Replace!
The first of our specialty service programs is a micro-remodel solution for commercial restrooms. This program offers a flexible, tenant friendly and cost-effective restoration alternative to replacement of the 8 most common hard surfaces (entrance, walls, floors, counters, fixtures, partitions, ceilings & mirrors). Clients pick & choose services for areas needing the greatest attention. The result is an itemized estimate that best fits your priorities and budget.
We then develop a schedule that allows restrooms to stay open and available for use during normal hours of operation, with work typically occurring after hours. Each day, at the same time, our quality control person will visit the site and evaluate progress to insure we are on schedule and providing the best quality of work possible. Our client knows in advance when QC will occur and is always welcome to participate in these daily inspections. A daily progress report with key areas of interest and recommendations is then copied to our project team leader, the customer and our RETROPROS management team. This eliminates surprises and supports a pro-active approach to completing the project as efficiently as possible.
Earlier this year we soft launched this program and the response has been amazing! More information will be made available as we update our website and complete our program spec sheets. As always, we sincerely appreciate the opportunity to serve and know you are the reason for our continued success.
We will always do what we say, own our work and make you look good!
